The versatility technologies allows the assembly of assays using donor and acceptor dye pairs, single-label modulation assays or external probe designs for protein and protein-ligand binding and other assays.

Our toolbox reagents can be used to design a variety of assays, including small GTPase, protein-protein interaction, protein-nucleic acid interaction, protein-small molecule interaction, receptor-ligand binding, post-translational modifications, protease, nuclease, and other binding and enzymatic assays.

Develop your own custom assays and label your biomolecule with our lanthanide (europium, terbium) chelate reagents, using the following reactive groups for labeling chemistry:

Isothiocyanate (ITC)- and diochlorotriazine (DTA)-activated chelates are used for free amine group conjugations including protein and peptide (N-terminus and lysines) as well as aptamer and small molecules while iodoacetamide (IA)-activated chelates react with free sulfhydryl groups (including cysteines).
